This site does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising pixels and has no forms. Visiting consulo.eu leaves nothing with us.
Who is responsible
Consulo The Professionals Network Limited, of Limassol, Cyprus, is the controller of any personal data described here. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].
What reaches us
Only what you choose to send. If you write to the address on this site or call the number, we hold your message and your contact details so that we can answer you and keep a record of the correspondence.
Our hosting provider and the network that serves this site keep standard server and security logs, which include visitor IP addresses. Those logs exist to keep the site available and to defend it against attack. We do not use them to build any picture of individual visitors.
Why we hold it, and for how long
Correspondence is held on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the practice, and where a professional engagement follows, on the basis of the engagement and of the legal and tax obligations that come with it. We keep it for as long as the relationship or the law requires, and no longer.
Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the service providers who host our site and our email, our accountants and our lawyers where a matter requires it, and any authority entitled to it by law. We do not sell or trade personal data, and we do not share client information for any purpose of our own.
Client work
Where Consulo processes personal data on behalf of a client, that processing is governed by the engagement between us and that client, not by this policy. Confidentiality over client matters is absolute and survives the engagement.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
